Transition Workshops start next week – register today!

Presenters of the Business Transition Workshops

Future Print’s new Business Transition Workshops commence next week in Sydney, so there’s no time to lose for businesses who want to take advantage of these valuable sessions.

The Business Transition Workshops, jointly sponsored by Future Print and Media Super and run by Richard Rasmussen and Bill Healey, will help business owners gain a clearer view of the future, assess their options and devise a solid action plan to help them implement the changes required to achieve their personal and professional goals.

This includes practical assistance to help delegates assess their own business performance and determine its value, an overview of the future factors for success, and options including business development through investment and training, growth via acquisition or affiliation, downsizing or rebranding, and also exit strategies including business sale or management buy-out.

Delegates will also be provided with details of an array of resources like the Future Print financial benchmarking, subsidised training options, Future Print business planning and mentoring services, and a new, one-on-one, Future Print Transition and Succession Planning service, which may help them implement their plans for the future.

Sessions will be held in Sydney on October 7, Melbourne and Launceston on October 14, and Hobart on October 15. There will be presentations in Adelaide on November 11, Perth on November 12, Southport on November 18, and Hamilton and Brendale in Brisbane on November 13.

The October sessions, in particular, are already filling fast so those interested should go to the Future Print website without delay to find out more, or simply click here to book their place at a convenient session.
