New Printing Industries reps appointed to PacPrint Board

Chris Segaert and Ron Patterson join the PacPrint Board

PacPrint organisers, Visual Connections, has announced that co-host for the event, Printing Industries, has appointed its Board members Ron Patterson and Chris Segaert to join Peter Lane as Printing Industries’ representatives on the PacPrint Board.

Segaert, like Lane, is a long-time Printing Industries Board member and former president, while Patterson was most recently the industry organisation’s Victorian state manager, following a career on the supply side of the industry. All three have been intimately involved with previous PacPrint and PrintEx exhibitions through their roles with Printing Industries.

They join Visual Connections representatives Adrian Fleming from Print IQ, who chairs the Board, Anthony Lewis from Konica Minolta and Anthony Parnemann from EFI, who have all been on the Board since its formation early this year.

“We are delighted to welcome Ron and Chris as the new Printing Industries representatives on the PacPrint Board, and look forward to their input, which will be drawn from their broad industry experience and informed by their long association and deep commitment to the print and graphic communications sector,” said Fleming.

“PacPrint 2017 is already shaping up as an exciting show and an absolute ‘must see’ event for businesses as they seek to meet the challenges of today’s rapidly evolving market and build a solid foundation for future success.

“We are fortunate to have such a strong Board to guide the strategy and development around the show, to ensure it provides outstanding value to both exhibitors and visitors.”

PacPrint 2017 will be held from May 23-26 next year at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Co-located with the Visual Impact Expo, it is the region’s largest and most comprehensive exhibition for the print, graphic communications, sign and display sectors.
