Avery Dennison has introduced the latest addition to its digital cast range – MPI 1104 and the MPI 1104 Easy Apply. The new films deliver excellent printability and image quality, and cope easily with 3D challenges such as rivets and corrugations.
The MPI 1104 Cast Series claims best-in-class conformability and opens up vibrant and creative possibilities in addition to its high quality print performance. High conformability means users don’t require any additional installation techniques such as primer or incisions.
In addition, the new films offer fast application speeds and premium end results with the repositionable Easy Apply adhesive technology, which gives excellent performance across a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications where visual performance is maintained.
MPI 1104 films deliver consistent image quality to visual impact using UV, solvent, eco-solvent or latex inks. A grey adhesive ensures great opacity while the performance remains consistent throughout the products' two-year shelf life.
The new additions provide great outdoor durability for finished graphics - up to seven years unprinted and four years printed - and are supported by Avery Dennison’s ICS Performance Guarantee.
These products are particularly suited for fleet graphics and customised private vehicle applications as the new technology helps to eliminate bubbles and wrinkles.
