In addition to CMYK, the LEJ-640FT adds White and Clear Coat.ECO-UV inks for spectacular POP displays, interior design, art, promotional.products, and two-sided signs with high visual impact and unique dimensional.effects. Roland's ECO-UV inks, available in 500cc cartridges, adhere to a wide range of treated and untreated materials with an exceptional colour gamut. A patented Roland Automated Ink Circulation System prevents unnecessary discharges and minimises the settling of pigments in the ink lines.
Additional features that add to the LEJ-640FT's ease of use and productivity include dual sensors for automatic media thickness detection and print head protection, plus a cross-hair laser guide for precise base-point selection. Multi-mode allows for fast return to the previous position for repeat or additional jobs.
Like Roland's other VersaUV series printers, the latest addition is equipped with Roland Intelligent Pass Control for enhanced image quality and can produce 1440 x 1440 dpi prints with flawless gradations, superfine details and sharp text.
The LEJ-640FT flatbed UV printer is operated through an easy-to-use handheld EZ Controller with a user-friendly interface for full printer operation and status monitoring. The EZ Controller is programmed to deliver 1/1000th of an inch accuracy for precise print registration and print head height adjustment.
