Australian companies dominate HP Sign & Display Awards

Winners at the HP Digital Print Excellence Awards
 

Sydney digital printer Next Printing blitzed the sixth HP Digital Print Excellence Awards for HP Sign and Display being crowned Overall Grand Winner as well as winning four of the seven Award categories: Creative, Corrugated Packaging, Retail POP/POS and Green Digital Printing. The Bokay Group from Perth won the Vehicle Graphics category.

This year’s event, which attracted more than 380 entries from 16 countries across Asia Pacific and Japan, also included the eighth HP Digital Print Excellence Awards for HP Indigo. Supastick Labels, also from Perth, shared the Grand Winner accolade and won the Labels – Wine & Spirits category.  

Melbourne-based Nulab Group not only won the Limited Edition and Art Reproduction category but also received special recognition for entries in Photo Book – Art, Photo Book – Consumer, Photo Book – Premium and Self Promotion categories. Labelmaker Group was named winner of the Labels – Pharmaceutical & Neutraceutical category, while Hally Labels from New Zealand won the Labels – Non-Alcoholic Beverages and was awarded special recognition for its entries in Labels – Food and Labels – Health & Beauty.
