Starleaton's mini boot camp tackles PrintEx 2015 head on

Become a superhero at Starleaton's boot camp

At this year’s PrintEx exhibition (held in conjunction with Visual Impact) Starleaton Digital Solutions (SDS) is tackling the challenge of how to attract customers and of course new potential customers to its stand.

With the theme ‘Become your own superhero’, SDS is using its international contingency of visiting suppliers plus their own local experts to operate and demonstrate the different pieces of hardware and consumable applications it will be showcasing at the show. The company is encouraging businesses to register for a one hour mini boot camp on the work station of their choice to gain a better insight on ways that they can improve on productivity or learn a new application method.

“We have noticed a massive gap in the market for training when it comes to application,” says Ben Eaton, general manager for SDS. “With our business being traditionally so heavily focused on consumables we believe the slow take up of some new products is due to the lack of knowledge on how the products can be used and the market sectors to which they should be presented.”

A full production line will be on display following the company’s mantra of ‘start to finish’ solutions. You will be able to get hands on with the latest from ColorGate, Memjet, Roland, SEAL, Flexa and Zund alongside consumable application demonstrations with new products from Neschen, Alumigraphics, Converd, Brett Martin and Falconboard.

Not many Australians and New Zealanders can afford the time or expense of travelling to international trade shows. SDS will be using PrintEx as a platform to offer an insight into some of the latest technologies and materials that will be on display at Fespa in Cologne the week after PrintEx closes.
