Roland DG rolls out creative solutions at Visual Impact

The new Roland DisplayStudio digital signage solution

Roland DG Australia is once again supporting the industry as platinum sponsor of the Visual Impact Expo. In addition to displaying their world renowned wide format printing and engraving solutions including the new VersaEXPRESS RF-640, Roland DG will be launching several new products, continuing its 'printing for purpose' initiative, and displaying a wide range of creative applications.

Visitors to the Roland DG stand will be amongst the first in the world to view the monoFab series, including the company's first 3D additive rapid prototyping machine, the ARM-10, and a new 3D subtractive prototyping and manufacturing machine, the SRM-20. Released on September 3, the monoFab series desktop fabrication solutions are the culmination of over 25 years of experience in 3D milling and the company's first foray into 3D printing.

Also being showcased is the new Roland DisplayStudio digital signage solution. RolandDisplay Studio provides a complete turnkey digital signage solution, including easy-to-use software, powerful digital media player, mounting hardware and the option of a commercial grade LCD monitor in various sizes.

Continuing its highly successful charity program, Roland DG will once again be running the 'printing for purpose' initiative. Rather than wasting hundreds of metres of demo and sample print, Roland DG will be printing a range of collateral for Camp Quality, RSPCA, Raise, and FBi Radio. All the prints will then be sent to these organisations after the show to help further their current campaigns.

Another major feature on the Roland DG stand will be the wide range of creative applications on display, and used in the design of the stand. Highlighted by a dedicated applications corner, visitors will be treated to a host of applications that are often overlooked when thinking about wide format inkjet printing, such as furniture and interior design applications, fine art, and fabric printing. The stand design itself will be brought to life by an array of specialty media and substrates, which will ensure visitors come away from the Roland DG stand with new ideas and inspiration for their own businesses.
