New to A B Graphic Internationals product range, the RTS Sheeterwas officially launched at Label Expo 2009.

Designed to run both offline and inline with a converting line orpress, the RTS can achieve running speeds of 40 metres a minute foran A4 size sheet, producing 150 labels a minute. Available in 330,410 and 510 widths the RTS can achieve a cutting tolerance of0.15mm regardless of running speed.

The RTS will count, space and bunch sheets in predeterminedquantities on the belt conveyor. The servo driven RTS Sheeter cancut to label length, cut to register and also cut to length forplain paper work.

A slide out rotary knife box is available as an option. Designedfor easy access and quick set up times the knives can slit widthsdown to 20mm while sheeting accurately. The RTS 330/410/510 comeswith easily removable nip rollers, making it the user friendlysolution for all sheeting applications.
