Glue dots are a simple and easy to use pre-set dot of glue that are used to attach labels, business cards and for general packaging and assembly.
Glue dots are available in four grades of adhesives:
- Low Tack - easily removable
- Medium Tack- removable
- High Tack - semi-permanent
- Super High Tack - permanent
Glue dots are available in a Dispenser box which has been designed for easy applications - as well as on rolls used in a Dot Shot Pro (Glue Dot Dispensing gun).
Whilst the dispenser box primarily comes in boxes of 8000 dots - as we are able to provide three different profiles (thicknesses) some rolls have less dots.
- Low Profile (0.4mm thick) - Low Tack - 9mm diameter - 8000 dots/box
- Low profile (0.4mm thick) - Medium Tack - 9mm diameter - 8000 dots/box
- Low Profile (0.4mm thick) - High Tack - 9mm diameter - 8000 dots/box
- Low Profile (0.4mm thick) - Super High Tack - 9mm diameter - 9000 dots/box
- Medium Profile (1.2mm thick) - Medium Tack - 12mm diameter - 2000 dots/box
- High Profile (2.2mm thick) - Medium Tack - 12mm diameter - 1000 dots/box
With the Dot Shot Pro - which is made of lightweight impact resistant polycarbonate - dots are easily individually applied, or rolled in a line/row. Waste is dealt with easily as the scrap liner simply rewinds within the dispenser and removed when re-loaded with a new roll of glue dots. All dots for the Dot Shot Pro are 12.7mm in diameter.
