Fitting an embossing wheel in your STANDARD perforating attachment and sticking a piece of rubber blanket, only in the area you wish to emboss.
That’s it. And the effects are astonishing.

If you have a Heidelberg GTO, MO or any press with numbering and perforating ability it has also just become an embossing machine.

Note that with some single colour presses (like GTO) you have one common impression cylinder. In these applications you can only blind emboss when you run OFF impression. This restriction does not apply if your press has it’s own numbering impression cylinder where you can emboss during a print run.
