The PräLomo HHS 26 is a book back rounding machine to round book blocks after fan-binding or sewing. The rounding bar is moved pneumatically. The book block can be held with both hand thereby reaching a even rounding quickly. The rounding bar is electrically heated. This facilitates the rounding of hardened book blocks considerably. In most cases, pre-heating of the the book block is not required.
The table plate is adjustable in height by means of a locking lever on the left side of the frame in order to adapt it to different block thicknesses. Book blocks of up to 80 mm of thickness and 520 mm of height (spine length) may be processed.
