This hands-on workshop will guide you through the basics of wildlife and nature photography and features live animal models.
Start with a 30-minute viewing of the Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year 2017 exhibition and then settle in with an experienced photographer and educator.
Learn how to unlock your camera’s potential with simple but creative shooting techniques and find out how to get the most out of your equipment by mastering camera modes, aperture, ISO and shutter speed.
Then put your new skills to the test in an hour’s shoot of live subjects including birds, lizards, phasmids, frogs and possums with possible cameo appearances by a python and baby crocodile.
