AIP and LATMA will be running a joint technical dinner featuring speakers Dean Stockwell from Food Standards Australia New Zealand and Gennady Volchek of Authenticateit.
Dean Stockwell, general manager, Food Standards Australia New Zealand will be speaking about the importance of food packaging in food regulation – a new chapter. He will discuss the role of packaging with a focus on providing essential information to consumers and then share FSANZ’s current work in assessing risk associated with food packaging interactions.
Gennady Volchek, CEO, Authenticateit, will be presenting a paper on Establishing Track & Trace: Serialisation to gain complete traceability and enable authentication. He will show attendees how to incorporate a serialisation and track and trace solution into their business.
